Responsibilities:
- Oversight of program configuration control activities and product specifications
- Accountable for delivery objectives for a large program on time and within defined scope
- Manages the program budget including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking and managing all project resources effectively
- Accountable for program and project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/risk logs
- Responsible for program planning and resource allocation across multiple functional teams
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring performance across all aspects of an assigned program
- Lead customer meetings, involving engineering and operations staff when necessary
- Ability to navigate a matrixed work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in a Technology based company
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, changing priorities
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, collaborate in a team environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for data critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project, Teams
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- At least five years’ experience managing complex technical programs, managing customer expectations and company capabilities
- Preferred but not required: experience with EVMS reporting
- BS in Engineering
